OBJEKT FINANCE
The money side of OBJEKT in one place: what every case really cost, what's on the shelf, what came back, and how far we are from earning it all back. Everything in sum.
- Are we making money? Profit this month, after the channel's cut, case cost and expenses.
- Where's our money sitting? Cash out, on the shelf, and what came back from sales.
- What should we reorder? Best sellers by design, and the models running low.
Understand
How it fits together
Six things, one direction. Once this clicks, every screen makes sense.
The thing that trips people up: adding a design puts nothing on the shelf. A design and its models are catalog entries. Stock only exists once a shipment says cases physically arrived, so a new design always reads 0 in stock, and that's correct.
Everything is in sum
Every amount in the app is UZS. Dollars and yuan exist in one place only: the $ ¥ button next to a money field, which converts at the Central Bank rate (or the rate your agent actually gave you) and drops the result in, in sum. The converter remembers your own rate for next time.

The screens
Five tabs along the bottom on a phone, down the left on a laptop. On a laptop every screen splits in two: the list on the left, the form on the right.
Costing, the fifth tab, is a calculator for pricing a case before you order it: case price, weight, cargo per kilo, customs and packaging in, landed cost and profit per case out. It also shows how many cases at that price would bring back everything still out.
Home, number by number
Using the example week. Every figure is worked out from your real records each time the app opens.
| On screen | What it means | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Profit | This month: sales after the channel's cut, minus what those cases cost, minus anything written off, minus this month's expenses. | −55 337 |
| Sales after cut | What customers paid, minus Uzum's 15%, Yandex's 12%, or objekt.uz's ~2%. | 485 532 |
| Case cost | What the sold cases cost you to land, frozen at the moment of each sale. | 160 940 |
| Written off | Cases you lost: returns that couldn't go back on the shelf, and stock marked broken, lost or gifted. | 59 929 |
| Cash out so far | Every sum ever paid out: all shipments plus all expenses. | 1 202 000 |
| On the shelf | What the cases you still hold cost you. Your money, sitting in boxes. Archived designs still count. | 661 126 |
| Came back from sales | All-time money in, after channel fees. | 485 532 |
| Break-even | How many more cases on your main channel until everything paid out has come back. | 11 |
| Road to break-even | Came back ÷ cash out. Says whether the shelf covers the cases still needed, or you'll need another shipment. | 40% |
| Month by month | Six months of money out (grey) against money back (green). | — |
| Running low | Models you've stocked before with 5 or fewer left. Reorder from 1688 before they run out: shipping takes weeks. | — |
| Best sellers | The last 30 days, ranked by design, with what each earned after fees and case cost. | — |
Designs
Tiers and collections
A colour name can't tell fifty designs apart, so every case starts as a design with a photo. The tier decides how a design is handled.
Standart
Picked because it sells. No collection, no campaign.
- Good quality, good design
- Slide box or zip bag
- Name optional; the code is enough
Premium
Minimal design, good materials. Released in collections.
- From about 100 000 UZS
- Unbox-worthy packaging
- A one-word name inside its collection
Ultra
Best design, materials and quality together. Collections and campaigns.
- Custom packaging from China
- Free personalised note card
- A one-word name inside its collection
standart is whatever looks like sells so no aesthetic vibe collection n marketing campaign like ultra or premiumEnpayl
Collections
Premium and Ultra designs belong to a collection, numbered in the order they drop: C01 Ripple, C02 …. The number shows the order, the word carries the mood. Designs inside get one-word names: Ripple / Veil, Ripple / Dune. Create a collection straight from the design form. A design can join a collection later without its code changing.
The codes
Every product gets a code, built by the app from the phone, the design and the tier. You never type one, and two products can never share one.
IPM-00002-U last U for our Ultra section of the cases yk so these means Iphone Pro Max - second design that is added cuz of 00002 and UltraEnpayl, the idea the codes are built on
Two changes from that first idea: the generation joined the phone part (a 16 Pro Max case doesn't fit a 17 Pro Max), and the design number is four digits, room for 9 999 designs and quicker to type on Uzum.
| Phone | Code | Phone | Code |
|---|---|---|---|
| iPhone 17 | I17 | Galaxy S25 | S25 |
| iPhone 17 Pro | I17P | Galaxy S25+ | S25P |
| iPhone 17 Pro Max | I17PM | Galaxy S25 Ultra | S25U |
| iPhone 16 Plus | I16PL | Galaxy S25 FE | S25FE |
| iPhone 17 Air | I17A | Xiaomi 15 Pro | X15P |
| iPhone 16e | I16E | Xiaomi 15T | X15T |
iPhone Plus is PL because P already means Pro. Samsung has no Pro, so its Plus is P, the way Samsung writes it. The phone lists follow what OBJEKT fits: iPhone 14–18, the same years of Galaxy S, Xiaomi 14–17 with the T series. Anything else can be typed once under Other….
Photos
Each design has one photo, only so the two of you recognise it at a glance. The app shrinks it to about 480 pixels and 30–60 KB before uploading, into a private folder only team accounts can open. At that size the free storage holds around 25 000 photos.

Get going
On a new phone
Sign in
No password. A code arrives by email each time.
- Open the app and enter your email.
- Tap Send code. The email from OBJEKT has an 8-digit code.
- Type it and sign in. You stay signed in on that device until you sign out.
Put it on your home screen
It then opens full screen with the OBJEKT icon, like an app. No zooming, no browser bar.
- iPhone: in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Android: in Chrome, tap the menu, then Install app.
- Dark mode is at the bottom of Home. It's a choice; the app never follows the phone's setting.

Everyday tasks
Add a design
Once per new look, with every phone model it came in.
- Go to Catalog → Products. The form is under the grid on a phone, on the right on a laptop.
- Tap Add photo and pick or take one.
- Pick the tier. For Premium or Ultra, pick its collection, or + New collection…, and give it a one-word name.
- Pick the brand and generation, tick every model it came in (Pro, Pro Max…), set the price, and tap Add design.
- Came in another phone later? Tap the design, then Add phone models. Same design, same number.
Receive a shipment
The day cases arrive. It puts stock on the shelf and fixes what each case really cost.
- Go to Catalog → Stock → Receive a shipment.
- Add a line per product: how many arrived good, how many broken, and the price each, in sum (or tap $ ¥).
- Enter cargo for the whole box, and everything else: agent fee, shipping inside China, customs.
- Each line shows what one good case really costs. Check it and save.
Worked example
10 good and 2 broken Veil Pro Max at 30 000, 5 of #0001 at 18 000, cargo 60 000, everything else 12 000. Cargo and extras spread over all 17 cases that came, broken ones included, then the good cases carry their line's total.
| Step | Veil PM | #0001 |
|---|---|---|
| Cargo + extras per case, 72 000 ÷ 17 | 4 235 | 4 235 |
| Line total, cases × (price + share) | 12 × 34 235 | 5 × 22 235 |
| Each good case really costs | 41 082 | 22 235 |
The shipment cost 522 000 in total, and that exact sum is what Home counts as cash out.
Record a sale
Pick the case by its code; the rest fills itself in.
- Go to Sales. Pick the date, the channel and the case.
- Check the quantity and price. The channel's cut fills in; change it if the order report says otherwise.
- Add the order number so the same order can't be counted twice, then Record sale.
3 × Veil Pro Max on Uzum at 149 000: customers pay 447 000, Uzum keeps 67 050, 379 950 comes back, the cases cost 123 246, so the sale earns 256 704.
Log an expense
Anything paid that isn't a case you'll resell.
- Go to Expenses. Enter the date and amount in sum.
- Paid in yuan or dollars? Tap $ ¥, enter the amount and the rate, then Use this amount.
- Pick a category, add a note, save. Same day, same amount, same category asks you first.
100 yuan at the 1 767.71 rate goes in as 176 771 sum.
Price a case before you order it
Costing: is this 1688 case worth it?
- Enter the case price in sum, its weight, cargo per kilo, customs and agent on top, and packaging.
- Pick the channel and the tier, then type the price you're thinking of.
- Profit and margin update as you type. Below the tier's target, it tells you the price that would hit it.
| Case | 17 575 |
| Cargo, 52 g at 107 525 a kilo | 5 591 |
| Customs and agent, 3% of both | 695 |
| Packaging | 2 500 |
| Landed per case | 26 361 UZS |
Fix things
Fixing mistakes
Mistakes are normal. Every fix goes through a path that keeps the other numbers right.
A customer returned a case
- Open the sale in Sales.
- Back to stock if it can be sold again. Write it off if it can't; its cost counts as lost.
A sale was recorded by mistake
- Open it and tap Void. Type VOID.
- The cases go back on the shelf and the sale drops out of every total.
A shipment went in wrong
- Open it under Stock → Shipments and tap Void this shipment. Type VOID.
- Its cases come off the shelf and its cost disappears. Record it again correctly.
- Some of its cases already sold? Voiding is refused, on purpose. Fix the count with a stock change instead.
A case broke, got lost, or was a gift
- In Stock, tap the model. Enter -1 and pick why.
- It shows before and after, and the write-off, then logs it in that model's history.
- Wrong? Tap Undo on the message that drops in at the top.
A design is finished
- Tap it and Archive design. It leaves the grid; tap Undo or bring it back from Show archived.
- Cases still on the shelf keep counting and can still be sold off.
- Delete for good only appears if nothing was ever bought or sold under it.
An expense is wrong
- Tap it in Expenses, fix it, save. Home updates straight away.
- To remove it, Delete expense and type DELETE.
Confirmation levels
Caution rises with what's at stake. Typing a word for a small edit would train you to type it without thinking.
Adding and editing. The message confirms it worked.
Hides something, destroys nothing.
The button turns into Save anyway and says why.
Erases money records or reverses stock. The button stays off until the word is typed exactly, and a soft bubble pops when it's done.
The same bubble pops for the two big wins: the first sale, and the day you cross break-even.
The numbers
How it's worked out
Broken cases were paid for, so the good ones carry them. The result is frozen onto that shipment.
10 Veil at 41 082 and 4 more at 50 000 make 43 630 each. A sale freezes the average of its day; later shipments never change past profit.
Example week: 485 532 − 160 940 − 59 929 − 320 000 = −55 337.
Example week: (1 202 000 − 485 532) ÷ about 67 204 on Uzum = 10.7, so 11 cases. Stock on the shelf doesn't count as earned until it sells.
How it was checked
Before this version shipped, a scripted run drove the real screens through a busy stretch of business and compared every figure on Home, Sales, Expenses, Stock and Costing against a separate calculation from the raw records. 96 of 96 checks passed. Among them:
| A sale dated last month stays out of this month's profit but counts in all-time | passed |
| A second shipment at a new cost moves the average; old sales keep theirs | passed |
| A price change leaves past sales untouched | passed |
| Moving a design Ultra → Premium changes every model's code to -P | passed |
| An archived design's stock stays on the shelf and can still be sold | passed |
| A stock change and its undo write off nothing | passed |
| Voiding a shipment whose cases were sold is refused | passed |
| Every model's count equals its full stock history, never below zero | passed |
Reference
The brand inside
OBJEKT is a phone case brand positioned as a fashion object: editorial and sculptural, not a tech product. The app is an internal tool, so it stays quiet, but it's built from the same parts.
Colour, from the brandbook
Type
Panchang. Only the name: OBJEKT in Semibold, the word beside it one weight lighter. Never a heading, label or button.
Clash Display. Headlines and the big numbers.
Archivo. Everything else: body, forms, buttons, captions.
Sound
The sign-in screen keeps the OBJEKT chimes and liquid. Inside the app there's only one sound, a soft bubble pop, for the typed DELETE and VOID and the two big wins. The chimes are saved for objekt.uz.
dont need objekt chimes here im gon gate keep it to our websiteEnpayl
Do and don't
Record them the day they landwith the broken ones counted, so the good ones carry their cost.
Don't type dollars into a sum fieldUse $ ¥. That's how an 80 million case once happened.
Use a stock change for breakage and giftsso the history explains every case.
Don't void a shipment to fix a countVoid is for a shipment that was wrong, not for cases that went missing.
Add every model of a design to the same designso it keeps one number and one photo.
Don't make a new design for a new phoneTap the design and add phone models instead.
Add the order numberso the same Uzum or Yandex order can't count twice.
Don't delete a returned saleMark it returned, back to stock or written off, so the month stays true.
Panchang for the name onlyOBJEKT FINANCE, OBJEKT SENSE.
Never alter the markNo rotating, flipping, stretching, skewing, shadow, stroke, glow or recolouring.
Export at the end of each monthHome → Export gives a sheet of every code, count and cost.
Don't share your sign-in codeAnyone holding it is you, for that session.
Questions
I added a design and it says 0 in stock. Is something broken?
No. A design is a catalog entry. Receive a shipment against its models and the stock appears.
Why is profit red when sales are going well?
Profit is this month only, and this month's expenses count in full. In a month you pay for ads and packaging up front, it can be red while sales are healthy. Look at Came back and the road to break-even for the longer view.
Why doesn't stock on the shelf count toward break-even?
Because it isn't money yet. Break-even is money actually back in your hands. The shelf is shown beside it so you can see whether the cases you hold are enough to get there.
Why can't I void this shipment?
Some of its cases were already sold. Voiding would take cases off the shelf that aren't there. If the count is wrong, change the stock with a reason instead.
Where did the chimes go?
They're saved for objekt.uz. Inside the app only the soft bubble pop remains, for permanent actions and big wins.
Can customers see what we pay for cases?
No. Costs, stock counts, sales, expenses and design photos are locked to team accounts by the database itself, not just the app.
What happens to all the test data?
It's beta data. When the finished product is ready, everything is wiped and counts start fresh.
